Summary

  • Requires dreeve v5.2.0 or newer
  • Dropped support for earlier dreeve versions and the old /api/heatmap/routes.json endpoint
  • Uses dreeve's cache-based fragment routes API: /api/fragment/data/heatmap/routes

Why

dreeve v5.2.0 moved the heatmap (and other pages) to a cache-based fragment system. The previous routes JSON path now returns the HTML app shell, which caused Unexpected token '<' ... is not valid JSON errors.

Upgrade notes

  1. Upgrade dreeve to v5.2.0+
  2. Set the extension endpoint to https://your-host/api/fragment/data/heatmap/routes
  3. Reload the extension, then refresh the map tab

Saved legacy /api/heatmap/routes.json URLs are rewritten to the new path automatically, but older dreeve servers are no longer supported.
