Bug fixes

• Replace PurePath with pathlib.Path for cross-platform path handling (Linux/macOS/Windows)
• Replace removed delim_whitespace=True with sep=r'\s+' + engine='python' — fixes crash with pandas ≥ 2.2 / 3.0

ImPSCAD_v_0.3.0

In this version, the function PSCADVar takes three arguments, in order to make it easier to deal with. Besides that, it is now possible to delete all of the .out files after they were read.
