llama.cpp (b8913) compiled for Linux x86_64 with ROCm, optimized for AMD Strix Halo devices. Includes support for ROCm 7.2.1 and 7.13-nightly (therock-dist-linux-gfx1151-7.13.0a20260423.tar.gz), with HIP optimizations for gfx1151.
