Find a project, then follow the discussion

• Open the included app/index.html in Chrome to use the bilingual review desk; the fictional sample and saved reviews can be read offline.
• Select Explore rising agent projects to read AgentAtlas's attributed snapshot of recently created agent repositories. The shown Stars/day is its average since creation, not recent daily growth or validated demand. A live connection is required and the source can be stale or unavailable. Data: AgentAtlas, CC BY 4.0.
• Read a public GitHub Issue or Hacker News discussion and save a source snapshot with your own notes. On-demand HN parent comments fetched live are not added to the saved review.
• The bundled coding-agent skill and Node CLI remain available; the new AgentAtlas list is a browser feature, not a CLI search.

This is an early preview. A local macOS Chrome test opened the extracted candidate through file:// and read the live feed. Controlled tests and CI do not establish independent adoption; Windows, Safari and Firefox were not tested for the new feature.
