Read the replies before you build. A read-only public GitHub collector and a local English/Chinese review desk.

• Python 3.10+ standard-library collector: 1–6 public issues or a bounded single-repo search; first/last comment pages and a shared reference-check budget.
• Original source excerpts, omitted-count/partial-source labels and mentioned issue/PR states beside a human next-step decision.
• Review download/reopen includes the exact original source text, SHA-256 and notes. No automatic save, model calls or report uploads by the viewer.
• Original fictional demo clearly marked; real research reports and credentials are not included.

Try without setup: extract gapcue-v0.1.0-preview.zip, then open gapcue-v0.1.0/app/index.html in Chrome. For real collection, run python3 gapcue.py collect --issue OWNER/REPO#123 --out artifacts/first-look from the extracted folder. Replace the target with a real issue; each output path must be new. Add --backend gh only if GitHub CLI is already installed/logged in.
