Review scripts mentioned in shell examples

review-shell finds selected ./scripts/ commands in shell-labeled fences in the source root SKILL.md and shows the path's status relative to the source and installed Skill roots.

The bundled fictional example reports a script present under the source root and missing under the installed root. These are non-blocking review hints: a command may use a different working directory. The check does not execute commands, parse all shell syntax, verify file integrity, read other Markdown files or prove that an agent loaded a Skill. The scan may miss candidates; output is capped at 1,000 hints with truncation reported.
