Check a Skill destination before installing

Two unrelated Skills can share a name. check-target reports whether the exact path you select currently exists, including an empty directory or a symbolic link:

node src/cli.js check-target "$HOME/.claude/skills/unslop"

PRESENT, MISSING, and UNAVAILABLE describe only what was observed during the check. The tool does not install, change, back up, reserve or run a Skill, and it cannot guarantee that a later copy is safe. Inspect existing files and back them up before replacing anything.
