v0.14.1 · Clearer Skill path checks
A nested Skill document may refer to an asset relative to the Skill root. This patch checks that location as well as the document-relative location for unqualified inline-code paths, so an existing root-relative asset is no longer reported missing solely because it is not beside the document.
If both locations exist, the check asks for review. Markdown links and explicitly relative inline paths remain document-relative. File existence cannot establish which working directory the author intended; review the Skill's instructions in context. The check does not execute or install the Skill.
The source and public v0.1.0 Paper Collage bundle were used as a real comparison case. The asset-path false positive was removed; a separate inherited upstream reference remains missing. Native WorkBuddy import was not tested.
