Atelier Sync Deliverable Zero is the first headless runtime foundation for a dependable Atelier desktop experience.
Highlights:
- explicit single-repository enrollment bound to one compatible system Git executable
- complete repository observations with stable attention states and fail-closed evidence handling
- bounded fetch and clean fast-forward-only reconciliation
- exact two-phase, user-confirmed commits and optional non-force publication
- contained, private, no-follow, bounded runtime state, locks, plans, and traces
- credential-safe Git diagnostics and persistence
- post-operation re-observation, exact remote-tracking refresh, and honest split fetch/push attention
- regression coverage for shallow repositories, special index flags, Git LFS runner configuration, expired retained plans, and cross-platform Git behavior
Verification:
- 673/673 local Node 22 tests
- GitHub Linux, macOS, and Windows full suites green
- DCO, consumer, structural, and secret checks green
- 288 packed files passed release audit, blank-consumer install, and reference-distribution smoke
- tarball SHA-256:

This prerelease proves the synchronization and authority boundaries. It is intentionally headless; the native status shell, signed distribution, platform qualification, and collaborator beta proof remain separate initiative tracks.
