ProtoTest 1.1.1 fixes ProtoTest.OpenApi, which in 1.1.0 replaced the OpenAPI library of the application a
suite hosts in-process. Its one breaking change is the exception to the additive 1.x surface: a constructor
that exposed Microsoft.OpenApi's own type, the dependency that caused the failure.
