XMorph Clock 1.0

The first public release of XMorph Clock: animated, fully customizable clock faces for your lockscreen, with an on-device editor to make them your own.

Highlights

  • Clock faces for every mood. Expressive, artistic, playful, analog, elegant, classic, graphic and digital styles, ready to apply or remix.
  • Smooth morphing. Digits roll, flip, fade or slide each minute. The clock flows between its large and small styles and into a calm Always-on Display look.
  • A visual editor. Move, resize and rotate anything on a live preview of your own wallpaper, with snap guides, undo and redo, and separate layouts for the large clock, the small clock and the AOD.
  • Widgets. Weather, hourly forecast, sunrise and sunset, UV index, battery, charging time, steps, data usage, next alarm, calendar events and notification count.
  • Quick toggles. Tap Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, flashlight, hotspot, mobile data, sound and Do Not Disturb right on the lockscreen.
  • Media. Song title, artist and album art, with play and pause on tap and track skipping with a swipe.
  • Your own elements. Text with live values, icons, photos, rings and bars, and your own fonts. Group items to move and resize them together.
  • Full styling. Colours and gradients that follow your wallpaper, glass, blend and outline effects, borders, shadows, and fonts with adjustable weight, width and height.
  • Depth effect. The subject of your wallpaper can sit in front of the clock.
  • AOD friendly. Choose how each element looks on the Always-on Display, with built-in burn-in protection.
  • Presets. Save your whole lockscreen as a preset and share it. Exports include your fonts and photos.

Requirements

  • Android 12 to 17 on a Pixel or a ROM that keeps Google's lockscreen. Manufacturer skins such as One UI, HyperOS, OxygenOS and ColorOS are not supported.
  • Root access (Magisk, KernelSU or APatch).
  • An Xposed framework with the modern Xposed API, such as LSPosed or Vector.
  • Google Play services, only for the depth effect.

Install

  1. Download XMorphClock.v1.0.apk below and install it.
  2. Enable XMorph Clock in your Xposed manager with System UI in its scope.
  3. Open the app, grant root access, and follow the setup.
  4. Restart System UI from the app's Status screen.

Known limitations

  • Media album art can't load for players that only share an online image link. A placeholder is shown instead.
  • Second screens, such as external displays, keep the stock lockscreen.
  • On Android 12, the glass look is replaced by a simpler translucent style.
