First release.

Download HiganRTool-v1.0.0.zip, extract it outside the Touhou 9 folder, and start HiganRTool.exe. See the README for details.

The other files (HiganRTool.exe, HiganRTool.dll, the text files and manifest.txt) are used by the automatic update. You do not need to download them.

ほかのファイル（HiganRTool.exe・HiganRTool.dll・テキストのファイル・manifest.txt）は自動の更新が使うものです。取ってくる必要はありません。
