PyAV (https://pypi.org/project/pyav/#description) has recently released v14.0.0, which introduces some breaking changes to the API we use internally; pipeline failues are already observed e.g. in https://readthedocs.org/projects/manimce/builds/26461864/.

Until we can investigate this in more detail and include a fix, I'm pinning the pyav version to be <14.0.0.
