Highlights

• canonical sensor resolution now targets rsrf>=0.3.1 and uses the installed
  package runtime contract instead of package-adjacent registry probing
• prepared runtimes can map into canonical target sensors without pre-staging
  those target schemas under --srf-root
• package and release smoke workflows now exercise the real packaged-rsrf
  build-and-map path without custom SRF JSON fixtures

Upgrade Notes

• install rsrf>=0.3.1 when you rely on built-in canonical sensors
• first use may bootstrap rsrf runtime data into the local cache; use
  RSRF_ROOT or RSRF_CACHE_DIR when you need an explicit root or offline
  preseeded cache
• custom rsrf_sensor_definition JSON under --srf-root still works the same
