@brad0 Is this always going to be the case? Can someone not do a custom build of libexecinfo and have it installed in /usr/local?

As an aside, this should probably be against 10.11 as there isn't any indication that anything has been broken by this file existing.

Yes, this will always be the case. All of the *BSD's have libexecinfo as a system library to provide backtrace(). That's not really a thing in the *BSD world.

That is fine with me.
