APWorld changes

• Eraser, Airbrush, Line, Rectangle, Ellipse, and Rounded Rectangle are now selectable as starting tools

Client changes

• Implemented auto-save functionality
  -- Drawings will automatically save whenever a change is made and persist upon refresh
  -- Note that storage is tied to an auto-generated unique string at the end of the URL, this means that opening a new paint tab will allow connecting to different slots/multiworlds with a blank slate but closing and re-opening will lose all progress unless the URL is saved
• Fixed a bug where color depth restrictions were not correctly applied while drawing
• Added disconnect handling so users will be redirected to the login page upon disconnect rather than causing an error
• Fixed a bug affecting pre-0.2.0 seeds where similarity was not calculated correctly and could result in similarity above 100%
• Fixed a bug where the Pick Color tool would not correctly select colors from the goal canvas if the selected area had not been unlocked on the main canvas
• Fixed a bug where moving the cursor to the goal canvas while drawing would teleport the cursor left and continue drawing
