9.3.0 (2026-11-07)

It's performance focused release. The main goal was improving the scan time for the biggest repositories.
It was achieved by improvements in core (like caching some missed path operations, changing the calculation for file discovery to reuse already discovered information) and introduction of new parallel mode (controllable via --jobs parameter).

Based on the demo project with 4200 files and multiple configuration files in nested directories:

┌────────────────────────────────┬────────┬───────┐
│ Run (demo) │ Before │ After │
├────────────────────────────────┼────────┼───────┤
│ Warm cache check │ 3.2s │ 1.19s │
├────────────────────────────────┼────────┼───────┤
│ File discovery │ 1.59s │ 0.11s │
├────────────────────────────────┼────────┼───────┤
│ Cold cache check, -j 4 │ 51.9s │ 14.2s │
├────────────────────────────────┼────────┼───────┤
│ Cold check, -j 8 │ 51.9s │ 9.2s │
├────────────────────────────────┼────────┼───────┤
│ Cold check, -j 0 (20 CPUs) │ 51.9s │ 7.3s │
└────────────────────────────────┴────────┴───────┘

The impact on smaller projects is smaller but should be still noticeable.
