fix(trinkets): rebuild icons on PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD for reliable init
At PLAYER_LOGIN inventory APIs return nil so the initial RebuildIcons
scan produced no buttons. PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD fires after all equipment
data is available, ensuring trinkets appear without requiring a reequip.
