Pikmin PS3 Port v1.0

PS3 port: version 1.0 (build 57)

- Makefile.ps3: VERSION := 1.0, shown on the start-up screen ("Pikmin PS3 port 1.0 (build 57)") and in
  the log's first line; APP_VER := 01.00, the same in PARAM.SFO's form, for Information > Version in the
  XMB. The package's PARAM.SFO now comes from build/ps3/sfo.xml: PSL1GHT's template with APP_VER set
  (checked with another value too). TEST_BUILD still numbers every build.
