Fix for head and arms moving, but Walker not moving

If you could look around and move your arms but the controllers did nothing in game, this update should fix it. Two causes are fixed:

• Another window in front of the game. While the headset is in use, the game kept running but stopped reading the controllers whenever its window had lost focus. Controllers now keep working either way.
• Another game controller on your PC. A wheel, flight stick, generic gamepad or virtual controller could take the first controller slot, so the VR controllers were ignored. While the headset is in use, that device is now moved to another slot. The log names the device when this happens.

If your controllers still don't respond, please send the whole specopsvr.log (in SpecOps_TheLine\Binaries\Win32). New PADPATH lines in it show what is blocking the controllers.

Install: the mod updates itself when you start the game, then close and reopen the game to get the full update. For a new install, use 0-SpecOpsTheLineVR.zip and run install.bat.
