• Changes exploits and expose weakness to not stack across multiple Operatives. Multiple Operatives can still apply exploits and expose weakness to a single target and benefit from the generic damage boosts and armor/etc reduction, but they cannot remove those stacks via expose weakness or tactical knowledge and do not gain the increased damage boost for exploits.
• Passive Knowledge 2 INT/kill -> 1 INT
• (Probably) fixed Vid-Capture Relay
• Fixed Exploit Weakness's talent having a missing description
