Creating a new Virtual Environment

python3 -m venv <name of virtual environment>

Activating

source <venv>/bin/activate You should see an indicator you are in your virtual environment
It is possible to turn this indicator off, if you think you are in the virtual environment but do not see an indicator. you can confirm by checking the environmental path with
echo $VIRTUAL_ENV{%load static%}
