From this version on, lowpaper update does the same.

New

• lowpaper update installs the latest release over the script and restarts a running wallpaper with it.
• lowpaper version.
• Monitor hotplug: adding, removing or resizing a monitor lays the wallpaper out again by itself, on X11 (RandR, through xev) and on Wayland.
• mpv's warnings and errors go to a log per monitor; lowpaper status names it when a player has stopped.

Fixed

• A wrong -o name no longer stops the running wallpaper or overwrites the saved settings.
• The Wayland helper is rebuilt when its source changes, instead of an old build being reused.
• The Wayland helper also builds against libmpv 1, for older distributions.
• When neither Xv nor OpenGL works, X11 falls back to mpv's plain x11 output instead of showing nothing.
• Two lay-outs could run at once after a monitor change and leave a stray watcher behind.

Project

• CI runs shellcheck and smoke tests on headless Sway and a dummy Xorg server, including monitor hotplug.
• Install notes for Arch and Fedora. AUR package files are in packaging/aur.
