• Auto-install libusb (apt/dnf/yum/pacman/zypper on Linux, brew on macOS, pkg on Termux, libusb_package via pip on Windows) and termux-api (non-root Termux) on first run
• Writes udev rules for Xiaomi/Qualcomm/Google USB vendor IDs on Linux (desktop) so flashing/unlocking works without root
• Checks for the Termux:API app on Termux and warns with a download link if it's missing (needed by miasst, miflash, and miunlock)
• Requires Python >=3.9 (was >=3.8) and miasst >=1.4.3
