Patch release. The 1.0.0 routing contract is unchanged; this tightens the
hook runtime and the pre-release adapter gate so that contract cannot drift
across hosts without a failing check.

Added

• scripts/check_adapter_copies.py now also gates the Cursor rule
  decomposition against AGENTS.md, and the OpenCode skill/command templates
  against skills/. Both checks compare shared invariant wording, not bytes,
  so the intended host-specific structure can stay while a load-bearing edit
  must land in both surfaces together.

Changed

• Plugin hooks share one BOM strip and one profile fallback. /boffin still
  accepts a space or a tab before lite, full, or max, and those names
  come from the single PROFILES list.
• Installer and plugin tests follow VERSION / package.json instead of a
  hardcoded 1.0.0.
