Missing libraries - System.Transactions #227

Hello,
please could you add source code for libraries in System.Transactions
we have an issue with a bug in System.Transactions, causing non trivial memory leaks with how InternalTransaction globally stores transactions in BucketSet linked list. In the past we used the source code from https://referencesource.microsoft.com to figure out some usage of the library that didnt leak, but it seems we didnt resolve all scenarios and we need to investigate the source code further.
