Wrong PHP API Version (20160303)

I've following to correct instructions to install sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv but it install it with php api version 20151012 but my server is using 20160303. Now it gives an error:

When I change extensions_dir in php.ini to the correct folder where the sqlsrv.so files are located and they are added (extension=sqlsrv.so) in the php.ini it also doesn't work
