[Lib manager] Add 'Install and Include Library' button

With 'Install and Include Library' button, I no longer need to 'Install' first, then wait for the download is done, then click 'Include Library'.

I would like to put it in backlog for now because the proposed experience is a bit uncommon for me. The reason is that this is an async operation. After the library is installed after something since the installation is kicked off, user's current editing workflow will be interrupted by automatically adding header files.

Let's revisit in the future.

I don't think @formulahendry request is reasonable. because not everyone needs to do include Library after install. and there is no need to add this extra button to UI.
Install button : install Library action
Include Library button : include reference in code.

In Library manager page, Install and Include Library button already meet this request, so close it
