[Feature request] Send user settings of terminal choice during launch (e.g. user setting: terminal.external....) #1940
Description
I am trying to launch a debug session. Unfortunately, gnome-terminal fails to launch. However, xterm works fine. I am unable to get Visual studio code to use Xterm. Any Help Appreciated.
