Tooltip broken

The tooltip broken since a few week ago.
It would display blank dark box even in light or dark mode

Thanks for reporting this. Which edge://version are you seeing this on? Does the issue reproduce in all channels of Edge (Canary, Dev, Beta, Stable)?

It's hard to tell from the screenshot which tool tip is showing as blank. Can you help clarify which one it is exactly? If possible, sharing a screen recording would help us a lot.
