specdec-sidechannels v1.0.2

@Mike-Byrne-AI Mike-Byrne-AI released this 26 Oct 10:09

Wording and pointers only; no number, label, path or link in the record changed. The root README's body now follows the findings site's voice rule: 101 hyphens in 100 ordinary compounds became spaces ("value-aware" is now "value aware"), while quoted record text, code, labels, prefixes and the record's own hyphenated names keep theirs. One new paragraph after the README's opening lines points to the findings site and its Modules page, which gives, for seven parts of the record's code and method, one command that builds that part's folder from this repository's files and checks each file's sha256. sideband/docs/DATA.md gains a dated note: the Zenodo record it described as uploading was published on 2026-10-25. Beyond those two files, the citation file's version and date and the changelog section (sideband/CHANGELOG.md, the 2026-10-26 section), only the four files the export generates with its own date and counts differ from v1.0.1: the three WITHHELD.md files and sideband/docs/COMMIT_LOG.md.

  • Version date: 2026-10-26, the day this version was cut and proved in a fresh clone.
  • v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 stay on their commits and tags, each also held by a branch (release/v1.0.0, release/v1.0.1). The data deposit on Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23462826) and the findings site (https://mike-byrne-ai.github.io/specdec-findings/) cite v1.0.0, and every number they quote is unchanged here.

specdec-sidechannels v1.0.1

@Mike-Byrne-AI Mike-Byrne-AI released this 26 Oct 01:37

One correction to v1.0.0, nothing else: the root README's lockstep paragraph said its repair gate's refs step "checks none of the twenty findings"; lockstep's findings log has twenty-one (F-1 to F-21), the twenty-first an erratum that landed hours after the sentence was written. The README now says twenty-one (sideband/CHANGELOG.md, the 2026-10-25 section). Beyond that one word, the citation file's version and date and the changelog section, only the four files the export generates with its own date and counts differ from v1.0.0: the three WITHHELD.md files and sideband/docs/COMMIT_LOG.md.
