Improvement

• Added helpful error message when macOS automation permission is denied
• Users now see clear instructions:

  ⚠️  macOS automation permission required!
  
  To fix this, go to:
    System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation
  
  Then enable "Terminal" for the app you're running this from.
