This release contains the complete PyCOILS program, an implementation of the classic COILS tool.
New features (compared to COILS):

Scores mode
$\rightarrow$ returns raw scores instead of probabilities -
Allframe mode
$\rightarrow$ reports probabilities for every frame, not just the best one
