A small fix to uninstalling ✧

• A silent uninstall from the command line (uninstall.exe --uninstall /S) reported success immediately while opening a window nobody was waiting at — and the program stayed installed. It now runs through and reports honestly whether it worked
• This only affected the scripted route. Uninstalling through Windows' own list of installed apps gives you a window and asks, as it always did; that path was never affected

Everything else is as in 0.3.0. Worth updating mainly if you roll UwUNotes out across several machines.
