v0.14.2 — SupaWriter 额度取数 & quota_refresh 修复

修复

1. SupaWriter 月度额度取数错误（显示 73 / 300，实际 4 / 999999）

面板此前显示 73 / 300，与 SupaWriter 工作台对不上。原因是读了 sw_status 里
dashboard.quota_used / quota_total 这对遗留字段——其中的 73 是累计文章数，
并不是本月用量。

• 现在优先读取 MCP 返回的权威 quota（来自站点 /api/v1/subscription/quota 的
  plan_used / plan_quota），与工作台口径一致；
• 旧版 MCP 没有返回 quota 时自动回退到 dashboard，向后兼容，不会因为升级顺序而空白；
• 未登录态仍显示「登录态 | 未登录」。

2. quota_refresh 工具每次都报 value is not lossless JSON

调用该工具始终失败：

tool "quota_refresh" returned invalid output: value is not lossless JSON

原因是返回值里带有 message: undefined 这类值为 undefined 的自有属性（上游 API
没有返回的可选字段），而 harness 的严格 lossless-JSON 校验会因此否掉整个返回值。

• 新增 jsonSafe()：递归省略 undefined 属性，丢弃 NaN / ±Infinity / -0，
  数组中被丢弃的元素不会留下空洞；
• 不臆造数据：缺失的字段保持缺失，而不是补成 null。

测试

Host 端插件代码在 DSH 内不做热重载，升级后需要重启 dsh web 才会加载新版本。

• 本版本由 GitHub Actions 经 npm Trusted Publishing（OIDC）发布，自带 SLSA provenance。
• 第 1 项要显示成订阅口径，需要 MCP 服务端 supawriter-mcp 同步返回 quota 字段；
  未同步时走 dashboard 回退路径，功能正常，只是数字沿用旧口径。
