Features

• Navigate Markdown, Source, code and plain-text documents with the new Minimap Navigation. Choose Left, Right or Off, and click, scroll or drag to navigate. It is enabled on the right by default.
• See distinct markers for spaces and tabs in code, plain-text and source contexts, including inline code. These remain visible even when Show Whitespace is disabled for ordinary Markdown prose.

Fixes

• Fix a crash during large-document editing, and reduce unwanted scrolling and outline flicker when inserting or deleting lines.
• Fix multi-line Tab/Shift+Tab indentation in code and plain-text files, and improve keyboard navigation across wrapped lines and long formula or diagram source.
• Reuse an existing window when files are opened externally on macOS and Windows, avoiding duplicate windows and restored tabs.
• Keep the sidebar toggle available when no tabs are open, with a stable position when showing or hiding the sidebar.
• Fix image previews appearing in the wrong split pane and stale thumbnails after file or workspace changes.

Improvements

• Load file previews and directory lists more efficiently, with better tolerance of slow or busy file operations and fewer disruptive error notifications.
• Align folder icons with neighboring file icons, improve hover feedback for starred files, and add bottom padding to collapsed callouts.
• Refresh all translated help guides to match the latest Simplified Chinese guide.
