BetterAirdrop 0.3.1

• Renames in ~2.5 s instead of ~10 s. Naming starts as soon as a photo lands, Claude answers about 3× faster, and camera photos skip on-device Vision when Claude names them. Details: docs/perf.md.
• Sends a 768 px copy to Claude (was 1024 px): same names, about 25% cheaper.
• Menu: when another copy of BetterAirdrop holds Downloads, the panel names it (process and PID) and offers Stop It and Retry.
• Menu: the on/off switch is on only while BetterAirdrop is actually watching.
• An ant login is refreshed before it expires, not after a failed request.
