Creep-O-Meter

• animation - will be about 80 svg faces

Q1:

• text with number of votes and majority of results
• slider with animated face

Q2:

• text with number of votes and majority of results
• binary selector
• submit button (for both Qs)

Results:

• simplified slider results
• shows Your Vote indicator
• binary results
• share icons (links should be done in Buyers Guide: OG Tags for shares (required for MozFest)  #1899 (comment))
• comments link scrolls user down the page to comment section

From what I gather, @Pomax will work on linking up the voting submissions and results (as he works on the home page results) and then @alanmoo or @mmmavis will finish styling the content.

Note: I've updated the design of the buy buttons so the outline/text/icon are black and then the hover/state fills to blue #5CCCFF
