NG2Black Mod Loader v1.2.0

This release adds new functionality to the Mod Loader, namely loading of DLL-based mods. On game startup, DLLs will be injected if they are placed at mods\bin\[MOD NAME]\main.dll. Other files in this folder will be ignored but could of course still be used directly by the mod itself.
