Fixed

• Diff colours follow you sideways. When a diff had a long line and you scrolled right, the green and red stopped at the edge of the first screen and the other changed lines lost their colour. Every row now runs the full width of the longest line, in the diff, the file view and blame.
• Hunk buttons stay in view. The @@ header with Stage hunk and Discard hunk stays pinned to the visible width when you scroll sideways, instead of scrolling off to the left.
