Updating licensing note per recent license change

Hi fast-xml-parser folk,

I noticed the license change back to MIT. I've updated the package.json and README to fit with that change; I hope that's okay.

@hyandell Yes the license is changed back to MIT original. However, I have kept the extra expectations as disclaimer under "License" on README.md. So let's keep it. Your change in package.json is fine.
