FsLangMCP 0.19.0

FsLangMCP 0.19.0 expands semantic find while keeping the existing 35-tool surface.

Highlights

• Count-only inventory accepts 1–50 trimmed names in one shared project-use sweep and returns
  independent definition, reference, unique-site, ambiguity, and project-grouping evidence.
• Every handler-produced find success or typed search error now reports ten fixed phase-timing
  buckets plus request-observed project-options and project-use cache ledgers.
• Exact Type.Field shorthand for find(kind="field") resolves by semantic record-field
  identity, including module-qualified types. Field-only confidence requires real FCS use sites,
  and incomplete sweeps do not present provisional sites or zeroes as complete evidence.

Existing single-query site searches and their stateless v2 cursor behavior are unchanged. Inventory
uses exact matching by default; exact=false is case-insensitive substring matching, not wildcard
syntax. This remains a pre-1.0 release.
