Sotreus 1.1.3

• Sotreus-1.1.3-generic.apk — sideload on a normal Android phone. Signed with the Play upload key. An install from Google Play will not update from this file.
• Sotreus-1.1.3-solana-mobile.apk — Solana Mobile phones, and the file to submit to the dApp Store.
• Sotreus-1.1.3-generic.aab — upload to the Play Console.
• Sotreus-1.1.3-mapping.zip — R8 mappings for both flavors, to decode crash stack traces.

Both APKs use com.sotreus.app with different certificates. Install one.

Added

• Add Context › Environment, with each source off by default and labelled Network or Predicted:
  USGS earthquakes and GDACS disasters (world lists filtered on the phone; nothing about you is
  sent), Open-Meteo air quality (one rounded 0.5° or 0.1° cell centre), and OpenAQ station
  readings with the user's own Keystore-wrapped API key. Sources load in parallel, cached data shows
  at once, and only what a source returned is drawn; empty or unavailable sources are named in one line.
• Add official weather warnings that follow the phone's location: NWS in the US and MeteoAlarm in 39
  European countries. The region is looked up on the phone from bundled Natural Earth boundaries;
  only the state or country code is sent. Elsewhere nothing is requested.
• Show air quality on the regional scale: European AQI in Europe, US AQI in the US and elsewhere,
  with a note naming the scale.
• Name the area on the phone (town, state or province, country) from bundled Natural Earth places.
  Environment opens with it; with coordinates masked, only the state and country are shown.
• Show earthquakes and GDACS events that overlapped a session in its summary.
• Port Fieldwatch 1.1.37 known cameras (upstream commit 4f74cec): download the United States
  plate-reader list and the speed, red-light and other camera list (OpenStreetMap data, ODbL) from
  Field tools. Route maps draw them in the Network colour, labelled "mapped, not sensed", and count
  the ones a path passed within 150 m. No spoken warning.
• Name an unsaved place by its plus code (block, or area when coordinates are masked); the Now
  header alternates it with the area name.
• Let a new place choose how far it reaches (50 m to 1 km), so moving around a café, campus or mall
  keeps the place; leaving it switches to another saved place or the plus code.
• Attach the R8 mapping files for both flavors to each GitHub release.

Fixed

• Download MeteoAlarm feeds, which refused an Atom or JSON Accept header.
• Count a GDACS event that is still listed as current as overlapping a session.

Changed

• Move Live path on Now to a round icon beside the observing pill.
• Narrow GDACS distances to the area each event type usually affects (cyclones 400 km, earthquakes
  300 km, floods 200 km, volcanoes and wildfires 100 km from the event centre).
• Bump Android version to 1.1.3 (code 6). No schema change; new settings default off.
