AdvancedRules 1.1.3

This release fixes rules acceptance handling for invalid configuration values, declined or closed forms, cancelled kicks, and failed agreement storage. Existing config.yml keys and player agreement marker files remain compatible.

The standalone PHAR includes pmforms and its LGPL-3.0 license. Its source is pinned by the repository submodule to commit 70082f430c722b868dfdfeab7337ba6b944d21dd. The tag workflow passed 12 form-flow checks, PHPStan at maximum level, dependency validation, PHAR build, and checksum checks. The exact tag artifact also started on an isolated Axolotl-PM 5.49.1 server. A connected Bedrock player session was not tested.

Download AdvancedRules.phar, build-metadata.json, and SHA256SUMS.txt together. Back up plugins/AdvancedRules/data/ before changing any acceptance storage policy.
