DLL that can't be accessed by the app

A DLL is file that may contain code and other resources that an app can access. Sometimes, ScreenToGif can't access a DLL because the system or the anti-virus may be blocking it.

A possible solution is to add ScreenToGif to the list of exceptions on your anti-virus. Also, check if ScreenToGif has permission to read the file by looking at the file properties.

Before version 2.21, there was a bug with the loading mechanism. The app was only able to load the libraries if it was stored in the same folder. Download the new version (when it gets out) or move the DLL's to the same folder.
