TIER_FAST moves to ollama/mimo-v2.6-flash:cloud: every agent on the fast tier (profiler, explorer, librarian, build-helper, npm-helper, deploy-helper, comprehension-coach, and the opt-in pc-doctor and writer extras) now resolves to mimo-v2.6-flash:cloud instead of minimax-m3.1-flash:cloud. plugin/src/tiers.ts, templates/models.config.json and the pin in tests/ollama-preset.test.ts move together; the test now accepts both :<size>cloud and -cloud model suffixes. No agent, command, skill or contract changes, so this is a patch.
