The original ronn has long been unmaintained. Let’s switch to the same fork Alpine and Debian use, since there are projects expecting ronn to support command-line arguments introduced by this fork. Fixes: NixOS#168103

The original ronn has long been unmaintained. There is a fork that introduces new command-line arguments, that are already being used in the wild (e.g. #168089). We might want to switch our package to that fork like Alpine and Debian already did.
