Issue description

It would be nice to see https://pypi.python.org/pypi/chkcrontab packaged such that at least an executable is exposed.

How about doing it yourself? Have a look at the documentation and at the many examples in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/tree/master/pkgs/development/python-modules.
If you have questions, just ask them in this thread.
