The foundation board has decided to use Zulip for community governance discussions, both for the decision of the constitutional assembly within 2 weeks, and for that assembly to decide how to do community governance past that.

The Zulip instance is readable by anybody without logging in, however participation is very loosely limited. In particular as a Nixpkgs Maintainer receiving this notification, you're essentially automatically eligible to participate.

For details on how to join and moderation, see NixOS/foundation#143. This PR will immediately be locked to prevent further notifications.
