• Expose coders on graphql configuration. Allows for custom encoders/decoders support from Graphiti.
• Add log messages when server starts so GraphQL route and playground route is printed and obvious.
• Fix issue with playground not pointing to correct server address by default.
• Make playground optional.
• Change default graphql route path to graphql to match other frameworks like DGS and ApolloServer.
